Supporting You Through Every Stage

Hi! I’m Lauren, a Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for supporting women through every stage of their health journey. From fertility and preconception to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I also work with concerns such as PMOS/PCOS, endometriosis, peri-menopause, menopause, and hormone-related health concerns.

My approach to care is rooted in evidence-informed medicine, but just as importantly, in listening. I believe healthcare should feel approachable, supportive, holistic, collaborative, and realistic. There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health, which is why I take the time to understand your story, your goals, and the unique challenges you're facing before creating a plan that works for you.

As a new mom myself, I have a deep appreciation for the joys, challenges, and transitions that come with pregnancy and motherhood. While every experience is different, this season of life has strengthened my passion for helping women feel informed, empowered, and supported through their reproductive health journey.

My care is informed not only by my naturopathic medical training, but also by my experience as a labour and postpartum doula and my background in kinesiology (Bsc). This allows me to support both the physical and emotional aspects of care, whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or movement-related concerns such as sciatica and pelvic discomfort.

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll likely find me spending time with my little family up north, trying a new coffee shop, getting lost in a good book, practicing yoga, or searching for my next great meal.

My goal is simple: to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps you feel heard, supported, and confident in your health.
